Solution FAQs

Can we start with one service and add more later?

Yes. Many carriers start with scope-only inspections or CAT surge, then add daily adjusting or Option to Repair once they've seen the platform on their own claims.

What's the difference between scope only and full scope?

Scope only gives your desk documented damage, HD media and measurements. Full scope adds the estimate and a coverage recommendation. Compare them on the platform page.

Is Option to Repair required for our insureds?

No. It's an option the carrier can choose at settlement.

Do you cover every state?

Yes, we have licensed adjusters in all 50 states and DC. See the coverage map.
